It might seem silly but the wrists and forearms get used everyday with writing and typing so why shouldn’t we have an exercise to make them stronger?! These wrist curls will do the job!
- Start kneeling with the ball and light dumbbells in front of you.
- Grab the dumbbells and rest the arms on top of the ball.
- Keeping the forearms still, lift and lower the weight in a slow, controlled wrist curl.
