This exercise is excellent for strengthening the abs, specifically the obliques and working the lower body – let’s get started!
- Start lying on the ground with feet on the ball.
- Extend the legs and lift the hips to create a straight line with the body.
- Twist your torso and hips to each side, moving the feet slightly.
- Squeeze the abs and butt and don’t forget to breathe!
