This is an excellent stretch after a workout but it’s also a great torso and upper body stretch for anyone that sits for any length of time.
- Sit tall on the ball with shoulders down and back.
- Hold the arms at chest height.
- Twist to the right and extend the right arm toward the back and the left arm toward the front.
- Hold for 3 breaths, come back to center and rotate to the other side. Go to each side twice.
