Everything is more challenging with a stability ball, same is true with this side delt raise.

  • Lie sideways on the ball with your right arm on the ground over the ball and the left arm holding a light dumbbell.
  • The legs are staggered with the bottom leg forward and the top leg back.
  • Lift the left arm up to the ceiling. Bring it back down slow and controlled. Do 10 and then switch sides
