- Lie sideways on the ball with your right arm on the ground over the ball and the left arm holding a light dumbbell.
- The legs are staggered with the bottom leg forward and the top leg back.
- Lift the left arm up to the ceiling. Bring it back down slow and controlled. Do 10 and then switch sides
