This is a challenging upper body exercise that focuses on arms, shoulders, back and ab muscles!

  • Start sitting on the ball holding weights.
  • Roll out until the head and shoulders are on the ball.
  • Bring the right arm up and the left arm down to your side.
  • Bring the top arm straight up and the bottom arm out to the side.
  • Do 10 and then switch positions.
