This is a challenging upper body exercise that focuses on arms, shoulders, back and ab muscles!
- Start sitting on the ball holding weights.
- Roll out until the head and shoulders are on the ball.
- Bring the right arm up and the left arm down to your side.
- Bring the top arm straight up and the bottom arm out to the side.
- Do 10 and then switch positions.
