The woodchop is an excellent ‘get rid of those love handles’ move so let’s get to it!
- Start standing holding the ball in front of you.
- Turn to the right side and lift the ball into the top right corner – squeeze the butt.
- Bring the ball across the body and down to the low left corner, turning as you lunge.
