This exercise takes some practice! You will be working your full body and challenging your balance all at the same time!

  • Start on your side with legs bent and weight in your left hand and support yourself with your right forearm.
  • Lift hips, extend left leg, reach the left arm up.
  • Lower everything and repeat. Do 10 on each side.
